We consider a bad aesthetic result the appearance of a double groove (frequent in poorly diagnosed or poorly operated tuberous breasts), sagging of the implant, the need for a mastopexy not performed from the beginning, poorly placed or hypertrophic scar, or displacement of the prosthesis when contracting the pectoral.
